Join Concerteenies and beatboxer James Lyons at the new Gruffalo Gathering Family Fun Day from Sheffield Family Hubs.

Celebrate a summer of woodland adventures with a free family fun day themed around the popular children’s book The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson and Alex Scheffler, published by Macmillan Children’s Books.

The Gruffalo Gathering includes The Gruffalo Storytelling Trail, where families can follow the trail and enjoy lots of free activities, music, crafts and family fun, bringing the book to life.
You can also join Concerteenies and beatboxer James Lyons for a unique retelling of the story with rhythm and rhyme, beatboxing and guitar loops.

Other free activities on the day include:

• Free face painting

• Tennis taster sessions from Curtsied

• Musical activities from TRACKS Sheffield

• Football sessions with Sheffield Wednesday Football Club Community Programme

• Crafts tent

• Story tent

• Free water, fruit and healthy snacks provided by The HAF Programme Sheffield
