Musical Stories | The Duck with No Luck Doncaster Tour

  • Doncaster, England United Kingdom (map)

Join Concerteenies in 9 venues across Doncaster for the musical story of The Duck with No Luck for children aged 0-7 and their families.

‘When Dizzy the duck oversleeps and misses the flight South, he knows that he must, somehow, catch his friends up. Unfortunately, Dizzy doesn't have a good sense of direction. Can anyone help him on his way? Join him as he encounters a mischievous pigeon, a well-meaning parrot, and a hungry vulture… not to mention swampy jungles and a chase into space!’

Narrator Eleanor Rashid, bassoonist Daria Phillips and creative practitioner Ella-May Thornely perform new music by Paul Rissmann, based on the book by Jonathan Long and Korky Paul, published by Oxford University Press. Vic Craven’s illustrations bring the story to life on the big screen! With fun actions and songs to join in with in a relaxed and friendly environment, this is a perfect introduction to music, animation and storytelling. Performances last approximately 45 minutes.
