Become a Trustee!

Are you interested in Concerteenies' work? Do you want to be part of helping us during an exciting period of rapid growth and development. Or do you know someone who'd like to support establishing Concerteenies as one of the UK's leading providers of musical adventures and creativity for children in their early years?

Concerteenies is seeking up to three new Trustees to join the Board of our newly registered charity. We attach full information here.

Concerteenies is looking for 3-4 people who love working with young children to join us on our Musical Stories tour.

Concerteenies is an award-winning organisation that makes music with children aged 0-7 across South Yorkshire. Our Musical Stories bring to life four popular children's books with singing, actions and interactive music-making alongside professional musicians, narrator Polly Ives and workshop assistant Sarah Carroll. We are keen to offer inspirational opportunities to new people who are interested in working in this field.

As a Volunteer Concert Assistant, you will support with event management, greeting audiences, delivering creative activities before and after the concert, plus singing along and joining in with all the actions during the concert.

There are multiple upcoming performances across South Yorkshire this year, including at the Site Galleries, Greystones Backroom in Sheffield, Barnsley Civic and at multiple schools, public spaces and libraries. We would like you to do as many as possible.

If you are interested, please send a couple of sentences explaining who you are, any relevant experience or training, why you'd like to join us and your availability to info@pollyives.com. We may be able to provide some transport or travel expenses. Concerteenies is expanding, and whilst this is a voluntary role, this work may lead to further opportunities with us.
